The program aimed to enhance the knowledge of health cadres in Sudirejo II Subdistrict regarding the nutritional content of catfish, which is highly beneficial in preventing stunting. The activity also introduced a practical method of processing catfish—an affordable and nutritious source of protein-into nuggets, a food form that is generally well-liked by children. Following the implementation of this program, participants were expected to have an improved understanding of catfish nutrition and how to prepare it into child-friendly meals. They would then be able to disseminate this information to mothers in Sudirejo II who have young children, thereby raising awareness of the benefits of catfish consumption. Ultimately, this knowledge enhancement among cadres is intended to contribute to reducing stunting cases among children in the area.

Keywords: Stunting Care Cadres, Catfish Nuggets, Stunting Prevention
2025-05-23T08:28:11+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Santi Widya Purba, Siti Maimunah, Dian Monalisa R https://journal.gunabangsa.ac.id/index.php/jach/article/view/1142 Education on Radiological Examination and Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis on Family Empowerment and Welfare in East Cepiring Village Kendal Regency 2025-05-31T10:29:14+07:00 Lucky Restyanti Wahyu Utami [email protected] Aryadiva Nugrahaning Prayoga [email protected] Rose Malinda Andamari Wahyu Utami [email protected] Slamet Utomo [email protected] Nur Afriani [email protected]
The lack of public knowledge regarding pulmonary tuberculosis can influence the increase in the spread of the disease in Indonesia. The participants who attended this activity were 30 people. This activity began with the team conducting a pre-test by distributing questionnaires to participants, then providing education and demonstrations, then evaluating the results of the intervention by distributing questionnaires back to participants for the post-test results. The results obtained were 100% of the invited participants attended with their babies and toddlers and the average difference in knowledge before and after the health education intervention on growth and development stimulation was 3.4. This activity proves that an applicable educational approach accompanied by demonstrations can increase participants' knowledge.
