Manuscript Withdrawal
Authors are not permitted to withdraw manuscripts that have been submitted. This is in accordance with the agreement in the article submission process, that this article is not in / is in the process of review / late publication in other journals. Editors and reviewers have spent a lot of time processing articles submitted, fees, and more by publishers.
If the author still requests the withdrawal of the manuscript while it is still in peer-review, the author will be subject to a fine of IDR 1,000,000 per manuscript as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw an article submitted to one journal if it is accepted by another. If the manuscript is withdrawn after it is accepted for publication, the author will be subject to a fine of IDR 2,000,000 per manuscript. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the Publisher has received full payment of the withdrawal penalty.
If the author refuses to pay the fine, the author and his affiliates will be barred (Blacklisted) from publishing the article in the Journal of Health (JoH). Let's together create a publication culture by developing academic ethics/publication principles.
