Back pain in pregnant women in the third trimester is a common discomfort among pregnant women. As many as 70% of pregnant women in Trimester III experience back pain which causes pregnant women to feel uncomfortable during pregnancy. Pain causes fear and anxiety that can cause stress and drastic physiological changes during pregnancy. Acupressure is a form of physiotherapy by providing massage and stimulation at certain points on the body that are useful for reducing various aches and pains and reducing anxiety. This Community Service applies the principle of nobility, namely the actions taken pay close attention to the value of caring. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills about pain reduction techniques to overcome complaints of low back pain in third trimester pregnant women with acupressure techniques. Activities have been carried out, namely providing education with the lecture method. The delivery of material was also carried out by displaying a video, conducting demonstrations and simulations as well as home visits. Participants who participated in this activity were third trimester pregnant women who visited the RW 14 Cibeber posyandu in January and February 2023. The result obtained is that pregnant women know how to reduce back pain in the third trimester so that pregnant women can overcome discomfort in their pregnancy after being given counseling about acupressure. This educational program is concluded to improve the knowledge and skills of mothers, husbands / families about acupressure actions
