This volume consists of 5 articles with 21 authors from 6 universities/agencies in Indonesia, Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana Kupang, STIKES Guna Bangsa Yogyakarta, STIKES Notokusumo, STIKES Wira Husada Yogyakarta, STIKES Surya Global Yogyakarta, Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya.
